if yes, fixing the ghost replies problem with followers-only threads (where if Bob replies to Alice’s followers-only post, and Alice then replies to Bob, people who follow only Alice and not Bob would see Alice’s reply to Bob but not Bob’s reply to Alice) would seem to be as simple as adding the original poster’s followers collection to any replies: why has nobody done this?

@kemona_halftau followers only posts (fops ()) would be more useful if reply visibility was fixed (so replies are visible to the original poster’s followers, rather than only to the replier’s followers, which results in disjointed threads for anyone who follows some participants in a followers-only thread but not others) (the activitypub spec explicitly mentions this problem and provides a solution, but nobody seems to implement it properly)
