how do people in places where it is regularly >40°C survive (especially without air conditioning)? it is 35°C here and that is already far too hot

@noisytoot you get used to it. It's just a stresser for us because it happens not even every year.

The big problem is that people don't adjust and think they can work like they would with 10 or 20 °C less.

The entire week I wasn't doing anything productive after 9 am and moved my productive time between midnight and 9 am

Went to sleep through the big heat and headed to the pool in the late afternoon.
