new RAM arrived! I hope it works this time

I selected "Boot to SMS menu" and I have no idea how I'm supposed to interact with it (no output on the serial port), but at least it gets further than last time!

I thought it might be because of the wiring of my RJ45<->DB9 serial cable adapter (maybe it's not a null modem cable and it needs to be?), and destroyed it while trying to rewire it
