What the hell happened to this optiplex? It's barely recognizable and looks like it's been fished out of the bottom of the sea, but the listing says "Works great! Item is used with only cosmetic damage."

In the video it sounds like someone is breathing using scuba diving equipment, which does seem to indicate that it was in fact found in the sea, but I find it hard to believe that it "works great"
