(the main reason i never released the source code is because i didnt want more of that bot anywhere)

my bot for example followed users back with no way to opt out (and kept retrying if they declined/remove-followed), and “meowed back” at posts they made
and it would start reply chains mentioning a lot of users with no way to opt out and not be mentioned

@Houl also the clone seems even more annoying, looks like it boosts posts it thinks contains a meow

@noisytoot @Houl at the very least i marked mine as automated and programmed it to ignore interactions from automated accounts (the clone im referring to isnt marked as automated but i have not tested to see if it ignores automated accounts) (also i saw it replying to itself early on)
