what the fuck is this bullshit...

@pj have been for ages yeah. performance is not any better because this just causes ui shuffle when they eventually load. so fucking annoying

@amy I just noticed this yesterday on my machine (it's also like, barely anyone implements the new context menu API at least from S/W I have installed)
