PSA: If you use Debian 13 (trixie), stay on Linux 6.12.94 for now. The recent kernel update seems to make the system unusably slow in certain scenarios.

@hexaheximal does the 6.18 series have the same issue? (I updated the kernel on my server to 6.18.44 earlier today and am just waiting to reboot)

@hexaheximal gentoo. I assumed it was a general linux issue, is it specific to some patches debian applies?
