@hexaheximal maybe it's a more recent thing then (I don't know when you last played, I don't remember you but I have only been playing since april 2025). basically in game modes with a crazed shaman (like default at 9 players or more), it's a tradition for people to say "trans rights" and for the crazed shaman to give the totem to the first person to do so
