current state of brokenness on my alpine laptop:

• HDMI audio doesn’t with pipewire and the bluetooth service crashes with pulseaudio (but works when I manually restart it)
• greetd/regreet is broken and doesn’t respond to any inputs initially for some reason so I have to log in to a tty and restart it before logging in
• when a second monitor is plugged in, regreet chooses the worst possible option of rendering half of the screen on one monitor and the other half on the other

every time I update something else breaks
