rip radio 4 longwave

I recorded the last few minutes listening via an online SDR. it’s interesting that the final beep of the the pips is shorter than usual - it seems they did indeed stop broadcasting at exactly 00:00 UTC

actually not exactly at 00:00 UTC, because apparently that’s at the start of the final pip, but a few milliseconds earlier than usual
