Yes, I now have hundreds of Established connections that are verrrrryyyyyy sllooooooowllllyyy transferring this "very important information", but so do you Facebook, and whose servers cost more to just sit there waiting 120 days for a 10MB file to be transferred?

Unfortunately they have a transfer timeout of about 4 minutes, so they only downloaded a fraction of the gz. The server has more ephemeral ports available then they had workers to connect so I wasn't concerned, and it wasn't a distributed attack, (well it was distributed as it about 100 of their servers were attacking, but it wasn't globally distributed).

Humored with the idea but unimpressed with the results, I switched it to a poisoned payload.

This worked REALLY well for about 30 minutes; the connections ceased immediately after receiving that payload. Unfortunately they started back up, even with the poisoned data so I just said fuck it and blocked every Facebook IP address from accessing ANYTHING.

Yeah, cross-posts on FB won't work because the crawler won't be able to access the post to generate a preview, but I don't really care.
