Some thirty years ago, Debian was the most amazing thing you could imagine.

Since Eelco Dolstra's thesis some twenty years ago, we know better (or so I should hope!).

I know that Mastodon isn't available in GNU Guix just yet, as it is not (yet) bootstrappable. That is to say, the only way to build Mastodon is by using binary blobs during the build.

If anyone is interested in making Mastondon available in GNU Guix and thus making it truly bootstrappable, please do reach out to me.

I am convinced that we'll reach this point eventually, whenever we find a pulling force to make this happen it might speed up things.

We already had qgis: and I have just added clamav
