@kemona_halftau I've seen people post alt text for mfm because of this, but it's usually in a reply (which isn't a great way to do it since it's not guaranteed to be federated if the parent post is, but I'm not sure of a better way)

@kemona_halftau doesnt this only affect those on *key, the software itself i dont think screen reader users can use anyways
