alabama is good bc we don't have real home rule and our constitution is overly broad, so frequently you get constitutional amendments that affect a single county on a general election ballot. it's awesome and there's no possible better system

@tris Is okay, we squashed all the commits in 2022, thereby fixing all the problems with the 1901 constitution, once and for all.

@cdmoomaw it's good they did that before we got past 999 amendments... otherwise the counter would've rolled over and we would've had to do every amendment again...........

@tris What the legislature doesn’t want you to know is that the amendment numbers are signed. We could’ve finally gotten to see what the secret -999th through -1st amendments are all about.
