That someone should stop doing that if told they're not welcome. Otherwise mute/block are a thing?

@samueldr If it's 'cold calling', then yes. If it's with people they have an established personal relationship with, then no. Unless they're getting someone to post on their behalf, in which case it becomes a yes.
