@elly I want the black one at some point purely because the concept is goofy (can you transplant 2009 mb to 2008 chassis? that would rule)

@Lili I don't think that's possible, unibody was completely re-designed. I've worked on 2008 before, battery was removable from the bottom where you removed the bracket to get to ram slots and the drive, pretty sure layout had changed
