What’s the fediverse reddit alternative? Anyone have a good server I could join?

@bearmine lemmy is the main one i'm aware of. lemmy.world seems to be the hub. in my experience, however, it's kind of a low-engagement mirror of reddit with all the same pitfalls and pratfalls you'd expect, albeit not run by a corporate entity.

@f0rrest @bearmine I wouldn't recommend lemmy.world because they have cloudflare (mis)configured with "email protection" enabled (which replaces every "email address" with some obfuscated JavaScript, and of course treats every user@host as an email address, including every username and community name) and refused to fix it when I emailed them complaining about it. Their reasoning for keeping it was concerns about scrapers, but that doesn't make much sense since every post is also accessible on other instances that don't have email protection, and scrapers could just use ActivityPub to bypass it completely anyway.
